The organizers of the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival held annually in San Francisco have announced the lineup for this year's show. Metallica, Stevie Wonder and Neil Young are among the headliners for the fifth annual festival held in Golden Gate Park. The concert will run from Aug. 10-12. Other performers will include Jack White, the Foo Fighters, Norah Jones and Beck. General admission tickets for the festival go on sale at noon Thursday. ......
