the san leandro marina problem and details? anyone?

why is it so hard for san leandro always has an issue with starting projects i see all kinds of small projects around san leandro being started and they take month/s,i drive by all i see is 4-5-6 sups,or contractors just kinda standing around in a circle and pointin this way or this way...why i bring this up is that our san leandro marina is just a dumpin ground and trash bin i remember back in the 70,s it was organized,patroled,you could take your family to the BLUE DOLPHIN i remember they use to race speed boats across from airport what happened,scare all the shoreline rats awat that are back now,why cant they just build a big seaworld rid of golf course overby the driving range they have next to airport and expand it airport has alot of land AND ALSO IF SEAWORLD WAS BUILT THE DONATIONS,DONORS,FOUNDATIONS FROM COMPANYS,YACHT CLUBS AND KIDS OF ALL DONORS ALL THESE GREAT CITIZENS THE SAN LEANDRO BAY COULD GET DREDGED,MOST OF ALL WHEN THE HOSPITAL COMES(8-9 BLOCKS AWAY IT WOULD BENEFIT CANCER,FIRE,M.D. AND PATIENTS OF ALL CATERGORIES I PRAYED THE LORD WOULD HELP ME WIN LOTTERY$$$ THAT WHAT I WOULD BING TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ANY FEEDBACK GREAT I WISH I KNEW HOW TO USE AN AUTOCAD OR DRAWING PROGRAM I WOULD BE ASKIN ALOT OF PEOPLE FOR HELP I WAS BORN WITH A DRAWING TALENT I USE TO DRAW THINGS AT THE MARINA........PEACE EVERYONE DONT KNOW WHO TO TURN THESE IDEALS TO SAN LEANDRO CITYHALL DONT HAVE TIME TO PUT ME ON THERE APPT.LIST ASSH##$% LOLZ CHOW SORRY I WASNT YELLIN
