A bit past noon today, as I drove to the office after being released from jury duty, a man driving a silver SUV with diplomatic plates hit my stationary car, then tore off down Mission Street. I drove after him, and asked him as he was stopped at a stop light to pull over, which he agreed to do.  Instead, Mr. Diplomat sped off, seemingly secure in his diplomatic immunity ......
