SF Library Announces 2012 Citywide Book Club Pick

On Wednesday morning, city officials and other early risers attended a 5 a.m. ceremony at Lotta's Fountain to commemorate the 106th anniversary of the 1906 earthquake. (The earthquake struck on April 18th at 5:12 in the morning.) The Market Street landmark served as a meeting point for citizens in the aftermath of the massive quake.
