It's not your imagination--California really does have the worst roads in the country.
The libertarian Reason Foundation issued its 19th Annual Highway Report today. It found that "California was either worst, or next to worst, in several categories, including urban Interstate congestion (50th), administrative costs (50th), urban Interstate condition (49th) and rural Interstate condition (49th)."
The good news: California ranked only 13th in highway fatalities.
