Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival Announces 2011 Line-Up

Hardly Strictly Bluegrass 11The lineup for this year's Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival has been revealed, and per usual it is packed with country luminaries, including Merle Haggard, Jolie Holland, Gillian Welch, Steve Earle, regulars Emmylou Harris and Earl Scruggs and many more. Local notables include MC Hammer and The Devil Makes Three. The free festival in Golden Gate Park is on its 11th year. See the full list below.
