The Bay Citizen spoke to an SFPD officer not authorized to speak on the record about Bay to Breakers law-breaking thus far. Here are some key quotes:
On open containers: "If they dump it out, they dump it out. If they don't, they get a ticket." (This officer has not issued any tickets, as of 10:50 a.m. today.)
On Bay to Breakers' civility: "It's actually been pretty quiet."
On naked people: "They're letting that go. ... The nakedness should be enforced. Specially the people I've seen, should be a felony."
